This is the time of year that I do a lot of business travel. And, I'm often traveling by myself. I've come to the conclusion that the worst part about traveling alone is dining alone. I'm okay if there's live music or if I've got a good book to read.

Seriously, I always try to find a restaurant with a view--of water, of trees or of people.
